Screw Vacuum Pumps
The screw vacuum pump represents modern, state-of-the-art dry running vacuum technology that is not only extremely energy efficient and reliable but offers a low life cycle costs. It is used in a variety of industrial applications such as drying and packaging.
Claw Vacuum Pumps And Compressors
The Claw vacuum pumps and claw air compressors of Elmo Rietschle generate contact-free vacuum or compressed air efficiently and economically. This is possible because of the principle of internal compression in the rotary claw design. The gas is pre-compressed within the compressing chamber and is then discharged.
Side Channel Blowers
Performing flawlessly day in and day out with virtually no downtime, the side channel blowers have a proven history of outstanding reliability over many decades of service. A wide variety of performance ranges to cover the most varied requirements, up to 3,000 m³/h, and differential pressures of up to 1,000 mbar.
Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps
Extreme conditions, which prevail in humid and wet processes, lead to limescale or abrasion, and hence to a considerable reduction in the performance of the pump. Elmo Rietschle liquid ring pumps, however, meet these challenges. The use of high-quality materials such as stainless steel and ceramics ensure utmost reliability and constant operating characteristics – for years to come.
Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps
Dry running and oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps and low-pressure compressors cater for a wide performance range. The eco-friendly dry running rotary vane pumps are used for industrial vacuum, pressure, and combined pressure and vacuum applications. The time-tested oil-lubricated rotary vane pumps are typically used for generating vacuum.
Oil-Free Vacuum Pumps
An oil-free vacuum pump or dry vacuum pump is essentially a pump that does not use oil in the chamber to create a vacuum or cool the pump. In oil-lubricated machines, oil is used a seal the vacuum chamber and cool the pump. Oil-free machines use other means to cool the machine during operation such as water or air cooling.
