ULTRASEC refrigeration dryers remove moisture from compressed air before distribution or oxygen generation, protecting downstream equipment. They use a low-pressure-drop aluminium heat exchanger with integrated controls, and they are used in ULTRAOX plants and ACIH hospital industrial air plants.

Low pressure drop

An aluminium heat exchanger with low pressure drop, even with load variations, which reduces energy consumption.

Constant dew point

A hot gas bypass valve keeps the dew point constant at different pressure loading conditions.

Hot inlet air

ULTRASEC standard takes inlet air up to 70 °C. ULTRASEC-HT takes inlet air up to 100 °C.

Integrated controls

DMC34 controller with RS485 Modbus, LED dew point indicator, remote alarm interface and integrated condensate trap with electronic drain.
