ULTRAAR SCR
Oil-less Medical Air Plant
ULTRAAR SCR is a totally oil-free medical compressed air supply system with ULTRACECO SCR dry screw compressors, in fixed speed and variable speed versions. It is constructed according to EN ISO 7396-1 (medical gas pipeline systems) and manufactured under an ISO 13485:2016 quality management system.
Oil-less compressors, so no oil injection into the medical air network and no oil to separate and collect from the condensate network.
Stainless steel coating on the rotors in the first and second stages, a coated stator housing for corrosion protection, and an oil mist remover for gearcase oil.
Noise-reducing package with full enclosure as standard, mechanical and electrical vibration isolation and a VSD fan.
Vertical receivers from 0.2 to 6 m³, hot dip galvanised and painted outside with epoxy, with calibrated safety valve, pressure gauge and manual and electronic drains.
