A product that practically sells itself

ULTRAOX® delivers 95% oxygen purity, is fully certified as a medical device (ISO 13485, CE 1639), and can reduce a hospital's oxygen costs by up to 70% vs. cylinder supply. The value proposition is clear, the proof is real, and the need is urgent in every market.

Ideal Partner Profile
Who we're looking to work with.

We don't need the biggest company in the market — we need the right one. If you're serious about medical equipment and ready to invest in a long-term relationship, we want to talk.

  • Experience in medical equipment or healthcare supplies — you already know how hospitals buy and who makes decisions.
  • Established local network — relationships with hospitals, clinics, biomedical departments, or health ministries in your country or region.
  • Service capability — ability to provide or coordinate basic on-site maintenance and customer follow-up locally.
  • Commitment to quality — representing certified medical equipment means upholding standards. We need partners who take this seriously.
  • Long-term orientation — we invest in our distributors. We're looking for partners who see this as a multi-year relationship, not a one-off transaction.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior experience in medical gas systems?

Not necessarily. What matters most is experience in medical equipment distribution or strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities in your market. We provide full product training — you bring the local network and commercial capability.

Is the distributor agreement exclusive to my region?

Exclusivity is discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on the market, the strength of the application, and the distributor's capacity and commitment. We evaluate each partnership individually to find the arrangement that works best for both parties.

What kind of margins can distributors expect?

Margins are discussed during the partnership conversation and depend on the product, volume commitments, and market conditions. Medical gas systems are high-value capital equipment — margins reflect the value of the sale and the level of service provided.

Can Ultra Controlo support me with government and tender projects?

Yes. We have extensive experience with public procurement, ministry of health projects, and international NGO tenders. We provide technical documentation, compliance certifications, and direct support for complex bid processes.

Do you offer training in languages other than English?

Our team speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French. For markets where French or Spanish is the primary language — particularly in Africa and Latin America — we can support training and communications in those languages.

What happens when a client needs after-sales service?

Our UltraCare team provides 24/7 international technical support. For on-site service, we work with the distributor to coordinate corrective or preventive maintenance — either with our technicians travelling to the market, or by training local service personnel.
