ULTRALOBO is a low-pressure medical oxygen compression system for PSA oxygen generator plants. It delivers medical oxygen continuously, at a stable pressure high enough to supply the hospital, without changing the existing installation. It integrates oil-free ULTRACECO LPT boosters, and all parts in contact with oxygen are AISI 316 stainless steel.

No change to the installation

Integrates with PSA oxygen generator plants and keeps compatibility with upstream and downstream equipment, with no need to change the existing installation.

Oil-free

Completely oil-free system for the compression of medical oxygen. All parts in contact with oxygen are AISI 316 stainless steel, oil-free and cleaned for oxygen service.

Air or water cooled

Air-cooled or water-cooled closed circuit. The boosters are foundation-free for installation.

Automatic operation

Stand-alone boosters or controlled by a main control cabinet. Digital or on/off automatic operation, with alternating, sequential or cascade operation.

What does an oxygen booster do in a PSA plant?

It raises oxygen from the PSA plant to a stable pressure for the hospital network, without changing the existing installation.

Is ULTRALOBO oil-free?

Yes. It uses oil-free ULTRACECO LPT boosters, and all parts in contact with oxygen are AISI 316 stainless steel.

What pressures does it work at?

5 bar at the inlet and 10 to 12 bar maximum at the outlet, on all eight models.

How is it cooled?
