ULTRASEG is an active anaesthetic gas scavenging system for the extraction and elimination of waste anaesthetic gases. It is manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 7396-2 and built in accordance with HTM 02-01, with fully dry running, air cooled side channel vacuum blowers using Elmo Rietschle technology, made in Germany. Medical CE marked (CE 1639) under Directive 93/42/EEC and produced under ISO 13485:2016.

Manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 7396-2 (medical gas pipeline systems: Part 2: anaesthetic gas scavenging disposal systems) and built in accordance with HTM 02-01.

Elmo Rietschle side channel pumps

Fully dry running and air cooled, made in Germany, with up to 20,000 operating hours between services.

Simplex, duplex or triplex

Standard layouts SIMPLEX, DUPLEX and TRIPLEX, with a Manual/Stop/Auto selector and a run and fault indicator light per pump.

Ready to install

Delivered fully connected and pre-assembled, with interconnecting cables and hoses in place, parameterised and factory tested.

Is ULTRASEG compatible with our receiver units?

ULTRASEG is compatible with any AGSS receiver unit. Terminal units with an adjustable orifice allow flow setting to ISO 7396-2 and BS 6834, for high-flow and low-flow systems.

How often does it need service?

Up to 20,000 operating hours between services. Preventive care is typically an annual inspection, with occasional replacement of the suction-side filter element.

Is ULTRASEG CE marked?

Yes. It is Medical CE marked (CE 1639) under Directive 93/42/EEC, and produced under ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
