Fully automatic operation with redundant supply

ULTRAOX runs fully autonomous, even when integrated with an ULTRAFIL filling station. If any production parameter deviates from your pre-established thresholds, the system automatically switches to a secondary oxygen source, so your hospital never runs out.

How ULTRAOX turns ambient air into medical oxygen.

Twin-tower zeolite molecular sieves separate nitrogen from oxygen under alternating pressure cycles. While one tower produces oxygen, the other regenerates, so the supply to the hospital pipeline never stops. WHO-recommended for hospital oxygen generation.

Ambient air intake & oil-free compression

Filtered ambient air (21% O₂, 78% N₂) is compressed by an oil-free compressor and dried to eliminate moisture, oil vapour, and particulates. Oil-free is non-negotiable for medical oxygen.

Nitrogen adsorption in PSA columns

Compressed air enters one of two zeolite columns. Under pressure, the molecular sieve captures nitrogen molecules while oxygen flows through to the buffer tank, reaching up to 95% purity.

Regeneration & continuous output

While one column produces oxygen, the other depressurises and vents nitrogen. The cycle alternates every few seconds, delivering uninterrupted Oxygen 93 to the EN ISO 7396-1 pipeline.

Continuous monitoring & auto-failover

Onboard sensors track O₂ purity plus residual CO, CO₂, H₂O concentrations. If any parameter drifts outside specification, the system automatically switches to the cylinder backup source.
