First Shipment to India: Medical Air, Medical Vacuum and AGSS Systems

Three medical gas systems have left the Ultra Controlo factory in Portugal on the company's first shipment to India. One ULTRAAR ME medical air system. One ULTRAVAC medical vacuum system. One ULTRASEG anaesthetic gas scavenging system, or AGSS.

They travel in wooden crates, several marked Ultra Controlo and Made in Portugal. The crates were loaded into a shipping container at the factory and secured in place for the journey.

Ultra Controlo has made its first shipment to India: an ULTRAAR ME medical air plant, an ULTRAVAC medical vacuum plant and an ULTRASEG anaesthetic gas scavenging system (AGSS), shipped from its factory in Portugal.

Three systems, three jobs

The ULTRAAR ME is designed for the production and continuous supply of medical air to the medical gas network of healthcare facilities, in fully automatic operation. Its air treatment units are certified by an independent organisation against the European Pharmacopoeia monograph.

The ULTRAVAC is designed to provide medical vacuum continuously, in fully automatic operation.

The ULTRASEG is an active system that captures anaesthetic gas mixtures at the source in operating rooms, protecting medical staff against the long-term hazards of exposure to anaesthetic gases.

Tested before they leave

All three are prepared and tested at the factory before they leave. The ULTRAAR ME is pre-assembled, adjusted and tested, ready to be installed. The ULTRAVAC and the ULTRASEG are delivered pre-assembled and fully connected, including interconnecting cables and hoses, ready to install on site.
