Wherever you are, the people from our service centre are fully dedicated to keep the medical systems running under control. Just relax and rely on our service coordinators. Our computerized system will do everything for you. Including competitors medical systems, vacuum pumps, compressors, filters, dryers, electric control boxes, system management and sensors. We make the complete service to all main components of your medical system.


24 Hour Helpline

Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year we provide immediate response to emergencies and breakdowns. Under a service contract we supply our Service Engineers cell phones to answer your emergency calls and take immediate measures.


Manned by experienced and qualified personnel

All our technicians are skilled people and belong to the company. According to our QMS no “artists” or apprentices are employed to take care of medical plants on site, so this grants you that the service will be handled by reliable people.


Fully trained Technicians and Engineers

You will fill confident and safe when you have a Service Engineer with 30 years of experience in the field to guide you when you need an answer or a solution. We follow certified systems with full training records. Our technicians are trained in the manufacturing plants for compressors, vacuum pumps, air treatment units and software.


Workshops Repairs

Fully equipped workshops providing same as new warranty under Workshop Plus. Our Service Centre is certified under ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003. Our Service Centre follows also the internal rules and recommended procedures of our main suppliers.


Spare Parts Service

Immediate delivery of spare parts from stock, directly from our Head-office or from branches.
